Hey guys, I just updated a thread on the supps board with my gains from the past two weeks, but I'll post here too. I've put on 4lbs and dropped 2%bf. I'm just getting back to weightlifting after taking 8 months off. I'm sure muscle memory has a bit to play in this, but not all. Two weeks ago I felt a twinge doing 275 1 time on deadlift. This week I did 365 5 times. I've also jumped up 30 pounds on my bench and 150lbs on leg sled (can't do squats). I have no doubt that I will be back to my old workout weight within two weeks and I have four weeks left on the cycle. This is great shit!
