Not knocking his progress bro. Just offering advice. You can look more like a bodybuilder with more definition than size. But that's just my opinion.

i agree with you... i look much larger at 204 than i do at 214..

thus my question about the diet..

I'm running the same, but i'm starting to think i'm going to have to do a ultra strict diet to get the results i want..

I imagine diesel would work well on a calorie restricted diet because the gains are dry.

Okay, I'll be the one to say it. You look like you put on some size, good for you. But you should be concentrating on leaning out as opposed to bulking. Lose 5 pounds of fat and you'll look even bigger.

Nelson, I am having a hard time leaning out. The size happened on it's own. I primarily eat mostly protein. The most carbs I have are a bowl of oatmeal and a few pieces of fruit throughout the day. Not really sure what more I can do.

Have you had your thyroid levels chacked?

If you are eating oatmeal and fruit, you probably aren't hitting past 200g carbs everyday and should never get much BF at 200grams of carbs if you are lifting and being active.

last I checked everything was fine.

I will say I have not always eaten healthy and I am carrying years of fat that has developed due to bad eating habits.

However, my waist is down over 5 inches this year.

I use to eat sugar all the time, ice cream, candy, soda.

Now I only drink water, and milk with my protein shakes.

It is really hard when everyone else in the house is sucking down milkshakes and eating french fries.

Keep it going bro. Train harder -- less rest in-between sets. Eat less. it's simple. But it isn't easy.
