Diesel/Tren Soreness

I am on my 4th week of this stuff and pretty much throughout the cycle I have felt very little soreness. I have experianced very quick recoverys. I have been doing one set of curls every day. I will post my weekly pictures after my 5th and 6th week.

PS... I wish I was in the gym right now!

1 set of curls everyday? That's pointless bro.

The equation is generally this:

1) Stimulate muscle growth by lifting heavy weights
2) Solid high-protein diet
3) RECOVERY TIME and REST!
4) Repeat.

You are skipping 3 which is just as important as 1 and 2.

If you are not getting even a little sore, throw in some more sets in your workouts because your body can handle more, and with you on cycle, you will still recovr very quickly. Push the limits bro, but do it safely and not over-do it.

Ya honestly your arms won't get bigger unless you give them a break. Take one or two days off a week and just eat and rest.

But they look and feel so much better with one set a day lol. I'm also about to start walking around everywhere with 50# dumbells in my hands to make me look swole.

I really think I need to start doing 5 sets instead of 4... I'm sore the next two days but its not bad at all! On all excersises I do 3-4 sets and try for 8 reps. I think I should start doing 5 sets and the last two I will do to failure.

Do your 4th set to heavy failure 6-8 reps... Then drop the weight a hair, do a set to failure in the 10-12 rep range... Works nicely.

Try doing it with incline curls if you want your actual biceps to get bigger.

You know I use to love those, but recently when i've done them I get this weird pulling feeling at the top of my serratus to the point where its uncomfortable to do it. Seems to get worse as I drop my shoulders down and back to try and isolate the bicep more. I stopped doing them

Now I just do standing straight bar curls (not at the squat rack, I'm not that guy), dumbbell preacher curls, and hammer curls

Interesting, that's a weird place to get a pulling sensation. I picked up that exercise from Nelson. I had always had a problem with my biceps being a lagging body part. Nelson was saying that most bicep exercises work the brachiallis much more.

Since I switched to doing incline curls and cable curls with arms behind me, my biceps as a whole started to explode in size.

Try seated barbell curls. the curl is from 90 degrees upward, really blasts the peak. Starting movement is bar parallel to you lap but not touching, and you finish about 2 inches out from your chest. its killer

Nice! Bicep day is tomorrow, so I will definitely give that a go.
