did you lift today? what did you do?

Push day .... after 2 day rest:
- Machine bench press
- Incline db flyes
- pec deck

- bb front press off rack
- shrugs
- neck raises
- bent db rear delt laterals
- standing db laterals

- close grip bench press
- V handle pushdowns
- dips with weight

All 3-4 sets X 10-6 reps.
 
Back- pulldowns, rows and dl

traps- dumbell shrugs

bis- preachers, incline db curls, and bb curls.
 
Chest - incline and decline , pushups, butterflys

back- wide grip and close grip pulldowns , one arm rows and reg rows

short workout cause had to make a docs appointment for bloodwork
 
No exercise since Wednesday due to the knee.... :(

Prolly none in the future....
