For those who are having trouble loosing weight,the eating of fatty foods (just like sugar) only makes the body demand them more.

If you can go 2 weeks then you are golden,its ok to have a cheat meal once in awhile to keep you sane of course,but remember this and you will be well on your way.

Agreed on the suger disagree with the fats depending on what kind of fats they are. Obviously Extra Virgin Olive oil, Nautrual Peanut butter, Almonds to name a few are actually very important to keeping your metabolism in balance and running prime.
 
Yes and No Mr. Radar. but I am sure you will agree with this also. :)
Not eating fat is bad. You want you EFA's, Omega's, good fats etc. Some saturdated fats are ok, but moderation.
Fats gives you engery, and we all know ( I like to remind everyone every once in a while) Fat---> Cholesterol------> Testosterone. Fat in moderation while Dieting along with Carbs. Low gylcemic carbs in the morning and afternoon. greens only in the evening (and throughout day)
I love cheese and work it into my diet in eggs, sandwiches, feta in salads. This works for me ( 1 slice of cheddar or swiss), and I loose weight/ fat, but only because of moderation. olive oil I can drinnk that stuff all day! lol

Keep clean like you said for a couple of weeks and you deserve a cheat meal!

Yeah agreed good fats are a given its the others WE ALL KNOW we shouldnt be eating .

A deep fried dark snickers bar is the greatest thing you will ever have in your mouth.

Seriously, it's all about habits. It's easier to make them than break them. Choose wisely.
 
After 2 weeks, though, you could try dietary fat loading.

Eating a high amount of fat for a 12-24 hr. period will cause the body to produce large amount of enzymes in order deal with the influx. When you cut your intake, those enzymes are still there for several days and start using stored fat as fuel.

This not only helps you to lose weight but is protein sparing compared to the usual high protein/low carb mix that must use protein to burn as fuel.

That's why my diet is on point weekdays. Very strict. Weekends...fuck that! I eat whatever. But in moderation.
