1 can of green pea soup contains 23 grams of protein (it's the highest protein of all the soups).

1 slice of fat free american cheese has 5 grams of protein?

1 bowl of Healthy Choice Chili has 29 grams of protein?

amazing what you can find out if you just read the labels!

Oh yeah dinner tonight: 1 bowl chili, 2 slices ff cheese, 1 slice whole wheat bread:

44 g protein! yeah baby!

....that once I was jacking off (it was summer and the ceiling fan was on high) and when I came it spurted up into the fan blades and got splattered all over the walls?

I heard that proteins in vegetables, bread and pasta are not as good as ones in meat, eggs, milk .....

proteins in vegetables and bread are not complete proteins, that's why it shouldn't be count in a diet....

someone correct me....

I do not live in the US, nor Canada. I live in europe and here we have oatmeal wit a bit higher fat in but lower on the carbs I think. This is what our oatmeal contains:
per 100g: 52g carbs, 13g protein, 7g fat, 15g fibers
Per 100g, what do your oatmeal contain?

US oat = European oat

but don't rely on oats for your protein intakes
