I agree, too many movements IMO... I will say that I have done squats after leg press, before leg press, squats only etc.... I really dont know what order is best. From a safety standpoint, it makes sense to do leg press first to pre exhaust the quads which would translate too less wieght on squats. However, I wonder if one were to do high rep squats first, then very heavy leg pres if that meybe a better way to go. Who knows, its all good.
