did I read that the strength comes first, then the size ???

My size hasn't really went up that much... I'm 7 weeks into a sust cycle...

I'm curling ALOT more weight, but my bis have hardly grown. I think I recall reading that the strenght comes, then later the size comes.

Is it also true that I will continue to see gains a few weeks post cycle, or is this only in some people ?

Everyone is different bro. I get the size and strength at the same time. Are you eating enough? How much Sus are you shooting per week? Lotta variables here.
 
Yeah, I think that's somewhat true, depending on what your're on. I think it's PART of the reason Dbol is so popular at the beginning of a cycle (also b/c of the rapid size gain). The harder you train your muscles through weight and reps the more they break down and the sooner the gear can start rebuilding them through rapid protein synthesis. Although if you're 7 wks. into a sust cycle you should have put on at least 10 or 12 lbs. of weight right now. Don't focus only on what you see in the mirror, look on the scale. You never look as big to yourself as you actually are b/c you see yourself everyday.

I eat about 2700-3000 cals a day. around 250g of that is protein.
 
250g of protein is alot but you must be consuming just protein to get only 2700-3000clas a day. 16lbs is still a good deal of weight.

Has you body composition changed at all? +/- bodyfat?

What about your core exersises? Squat, deadlift, bench press?

lol..you will not get 20 inch arms after one cycle
also good to see your curling more weight but curls are not idicative of strength focus on the 3 lifts and everything else will fall into place
 
I've been on a cycle for 7wks and I spent $400 on gear.....so why don't I look like Arnold.......

C'mon bro it takes hard work to grow....I get so f'ken pissed off when these mf's think just by shoving a needle in their ass that they're going to explode. Only a 1/2 inch on your arms.....aaawww thats all...be thankful.
