Did I hit a nerve injecting steroids?

Tried a thigh injection for the first time last week and it went very well, was a smooth injection and no pain at all. So this morning I try the same spot again with the same steroids and the same technique and everything. When the needle went in my leg jerked, it was weird and I pulled out. Do you think I hit a nerve or something more serious?

Exactly the reason I do not pin quads. I stick to glutes, ventroglute, and delts.

You should be running a different site. Not the same one as last week. 14 days minimum between pins at each site
