I actually lost about 30lbs in 5-6 months only by quit drinking coke, watching my diet, and doing light cardio once/twice a week.. Also stopped drinking twice a week.. now only drink a few beers once a month or so.. Its all about dedication.. you really have to be motivated to change your lifestyle, but its no problem when you really want to!

( currently "only" 250lbs, 20 years old, and 192cm tall..
Looking forward to drop another 40lbs of fat. Im pretty sure i will manage to drop down to 210-215 during this year, with help from the weigths, ECA, and watching my diet !
