did anyone get strechmarks from bodybuilding

i saw this guy today at my gym. he's huge, beautiful muscle symmetry. anyways he had some streach marks around his armpit area and a some small red welts there as well. then i overheard a smaller guy, who looked decent but nowhere near big guy comment that the strechies was why he wasn't gonna grow more. i did't think they looked bad at all, just a sign of hard work.
 
No. I was a small dude before too. I got as high as 239 lbs. By the way, I've never noticed you before. I like to welcome you and I'd like to say hello! :qt: LOL!! :)
 
I think a lot of people at least have some somewhere. They don't bother me on anyone. Sexy body is a sexy body stretchmarks and all.

OMG we have a new steak and shake here down the road. It just opened and I had to go get one. It is the one thing from the midwest that I missed. Now I feel at home. ;)

I just found out we are expected to get a lot of rain.. maybe even a hurricane. FUN! NOT!

wtf is menards? lol We don't have one of them around these parts. ;) We have Home Depot :) I don't think it will be that bad it doesn't even seem like a strong storm. I am just worried about the flooding. I am pretty far north. Looks like southern TX/Mexico will get hit the most.

we got a couple of those and a couple lowe's. all the same menards is just cheaper. I like a few rain days here and there. breaks up the monogamy of work without having to take a personal day off.

yes it looks like i had both shoulders replaced with huge scars...the thighs have 'em everywhere from my choda to mid thigh.
 
No stretch marks here, but then again not like i'm 5'9 - 240lbs. I can start to see where they would like to form. I have enought skin issues from steriods, stretch marks would suck for me.
 
so if you start getting stretch marks somewhere that automatically means you won't grow anymore???? that doesn't make sense.... next time you see that lil dude. punch him in the cock sucker for me!
 
I had some minor ones on my bi's right near the shoulder joint. I gained 30 pounds when I broke an ankle and that did it. They are pretty much gone now. I do see a lot of guys t the gym with some nasty stretch marks though.
 
I have stretchmarks....they kinda become less apparent with a tan and time lol

Exactly where I get mine.

And I have one nice on the area on top of my right bicep that just happened to appear out of nowwhere one day. I'm pissed about that one. Right on the peak, and it's thick too.
 
I got stretch marks across my chest and in the armpit within a few months of starting to work out. My chest grew really fast. Got em on biceps and legs eventually too...so maybe it has something to do with skin type.

The smaller guy is full of shit. Stretch marks have nothing to do with how much a person can grow. They don't even have to have a role in placement in BB shows. They can spray tan over it so discoloration is unnoticable. Yates had to do this to cover up discoloration after tearing I think a tricep.
 
Got em on my pec tie ins, lats, bis, and thighs. Kinda goes with the program. You grow muscle faster than your skin can grow/stretch. In order to avoid them you would have to have some pretty slow gains IMO.

i got them in the same places as you bro. there a nasty red-purple ones lining my delts as well :worried:
 
got them on my biceps (5-6 shimmering lines) on my pec/shoulder insertion about 4-5 inches long, under my armpits, and top of glutes

i wish i had them on my calves :(

one on my bicep, not too bad.

few by my obliques :(

i gained ALOT of weight very quickly when i first cycled. seefood diet + anadrol = bad idea
i had no idea what i was doing

at about 22yo i trained like a mofo then went on an ethiopian diet then went straight onto a supergreek diet. biceps went from 12.5 inches to 15.75 in about 2 weeks lol - if the tiger clawed you, then it moulted all over me ;)
 
I have them on my upper arm and two large ones on the front of my traps? kinda looks like a necklace and accross my pecs near my armpits,

ive been told that vitamine e will get rid of them but i take pride in them, to me theyre better than tatoos :)

Dude you def don't want the little fuckers on your calves. i got some deep white ones there and it look like something clawed my skin off. growing pretty quick and i'm getting some red lines on my upper back and lats too :worried:
