Did anybody ever figure out what state The Simpsons lived in?

I have been watching some old Simpsons tapes before going to bed lately and it is clear that they drop a lot of hints as to what state they are in. mostly about what state they are not in, so some virgin nerd homo had to have figured it out by now. aap?

Jesus Christ, did you read my post? I know they never blatantly said the state, but just in the 30 or so episodes I have on tape they mention at least 8 or 10 states that they are NOT in. Which would lead a semi-intelligent human being to believe that throughout the course of the show's entire catalog, they may have referenced every state but one.
