weren't the germans doing like "really" well prior to this whole euro collapse? I thought they were among some the strongest economies in the world. Hell honest to god I'd take Merkel as our president over both obama and Romney. In fact I'd make them be Merkels coffee boys for her whole term.

They say they are but I was over there last year and it was VERY sleepy. No construction to be seen anywhere. Shops all close early. Don't take credit cards anywhere. Felt like I was in the 70's.
