ur my height and 160, ur small. when i first started lifting i was 135 and in one summer i blew up to 155 ( i have the stretch marks to prove it too), not much smaller than u, and all i did was eat like a champ, protein shakes, and creatine. I was 18 at the time, same age as u. listen to these guys and wait a couple of years. i know you havent done everything to keep gaining naturally, when i hit 180 naturally is when it began to get tough to put on weight. like everyone has been saying, do it right or dont do it at all. you would be doing more harm than good. and if ur dad is telling u to do an oral only, he obviously doesnt have is info straight, listen to these guys. i knwo i did, and im im better off because of it.
