make your mind up mate. are you just telling us what we want to hear?
here is how it is-most personal trainers are stupid, they have no knowledge of bodybuilding. they dont know how to teach someone to train for hypertrophy. you would be much better getting training tips from people on this site, people who actually train to gain muscle. it would be a lot cheaper aswell.
also, the vast, vast, majority of doctors also have no knowledge of bodybuilding. they plain just dont understand it. two full serving o fprotein? what is "a serving" of protein? and you think what he suggested is excessive? you need to be eating at least 5 meals a day with 40-50 grams of protein in each one. i have a feeling you are not eating nearly enough, this is why you are not gaining weight.
pct with a long estered test starts two weeks AFTER your last poke, not two weeks BEFORE the end of your cycle. that would be useless, would hinder your gains for the last two weeks and not help you recover at all.
it is hard for ecto's to gain weight (i know this, i was in your boat, i started lifting at 140lbs and through sheer determination, hardwork and eating right i have made it to 190lbs, it can be done) i cannot stress this enough, if you do not learn to train, diet and rest to build muscle without steroids, anything you gain with them you WILL lose after your cycle anyway, leaving you back at square one.
trust me, you can gain weight naturally. steroids are not the "magic beans" you imagine them to be.
