to the OP-im not saying this to be a prick, im really not, but if you dont know how to eat, train and rest to gain muscle without steroids, anything you gain with them you will lose afterwards anyway.

he ways 140 but who knows how tall he is to tell if that is small or not on a guy that is 5'2-5'4 that is a decent frame size

I am focused on roids, I just want you guys to ensure I don't make no rookie mistakes and end up dead, or sterile!

Did you ever step back and think, "maybe I need a new approach to eating and training for size?"

Do you think after gaining whatever it is you will from the dbol that you can keep that size with your current training/diet regime? Or will you simply rely on steroids from here on out to make up for what is lacking...

he says he is 8 stone. 14 lbs in a stone, 8x14=112

How long after stopping Test enthanate would you start PCT ? Also what would be a solid PCT ?
 
Hey guys just a quick follow up to say im not ignoring the messages, having problems with my net - should be okay by tonight when I will reply properly - all your help is seriously appreciated. I'm 20 years of age and 8 stone which is 112lbs. I'm 21 years old. I think that amount of test mentioned before was far too much and for the person who said i should learn how to eat and train first, i have mentioned briefly that i did do this for a very long time, I even have a personal trainer who set me a diet also. Lately my doctor has told me i need around 300grrams of carbs a day and two full servings of protein which seems excessive but i have been doing it for almost three months, still not even ONE POUND of weight gain.... my body merely doesnt put anything on!

But yeah will reply proper and regards to doing too much PCT, the clomid i only during weeks 6-8 - thats a period of two weeks at the end of the anabolics.

bro try 3000 calories a day with 200grams of that being protein. however you can get it in your body, dont' worry too much about eating fatty foods etc, you will put on a few pounds of fat in the process but this is a necessary part of growth in a natural state. keep training intensity high, lift heavy weights with powerful explosive compound movements. avoid cardio and high repetition weight work.

you will most likely feel nauseated after every meal and dread eating each meal, but you will get used to it in a few weeks time. or you could take dbol gain 15 pounds and lose 12 of them after pct when you go back to your current eating habits.
