Well I finished my DF 5x5 and here are my stats.

Weight: I believe I gained 10lbs. Either 230-240 or 235-245 Weight fluctuates a lot.

Before:
Squat 315x5. Best ever 365x1
Bench 225x5 Best ever 250x1
Row 170x5
Press 145x6
Dead 365x4 Best ever 420x1

After:
Squat 365x3
Bench 245x4 *very close to 5 reps
Row 200x5
Press 155x5 *after my squatting and bench pr. I bet I could have gotten it 2 more times if I wasn't tired
Dead ??? Only lift I didn't attempt yesterday.. no chalk

Clean 225x1 *This was random. I haven't done cleans for the longest time. My previous max was around 165x3 or something. Although when I caught, my legs split apart a bit rather than squatted down.


I'm wondering if I should run the DF one more time or try the SF and see if I can get any kind of gains. Yes I stalled on the SF long ago, but went to something else and then immediately went into the DF.
 
Those are some great gains! It doesn't seem like a lot more in the bench, but I swear that has to be the hardest gainer lift there is.

thanks! Even though these gains aren't as great as other people's on the forum, I'm still stoked about them. The biggest surprise to me is the clean. I guess it's true that even though you don't train the POWERclean (forgot to insert power into the first post), it will get stronger when you bring up the rest of your lifts.
