Just got 4lbs pure dextrose in, how the hell do I measure this stuff?

Dont have one for grams layin around. Just wondered if anyone knew how much a protein powder scoops worth contained? Or like a table spoon. I got it from the brewing company someone had listed in a thread on here.

the back of the bag should list the macros for a teaspoon. i got mine from NOW Foods and the macros are on the back.

interesting... Take a measuring spoon... measure 1 EVEN spoonful, that is about 13 grams of it. I use 50 grams of the stuff in my PWO shake (simply cause I ran out of maltodextin and haven'tr reordered)... so it's 4 measuring spoons I use

Maltodextrin is slightly lighter, so the spoons need to be a little topped

huh? It was my understanding that a measuring spoon is a measuring spoon... otherwise is like saying a measuring cup will measure more or less than another measuring cup... those are standard measures bro.

You mean, the size??? then it is one table spoon... not the tea (tiny ones)

I think he means One Tablespoon.. 1 TBLSP.. not to be confused with one Teaspoon
