Dextrose when "ON" vs. "OFF"

Yes. I cut my shake down from 100 g pwo while bulking to 66 g pwo while dieting. This is the highest carb intake of the day while dieting. As my diet goes along I start to lower it even more on the days that I train delts and arms since they are not as large as legs, back, chest.
 
I use Maltodextrin and Dextrose post work out followed by 100g whey while on and while off my cycles. Comes out to be 100g carbs 50grams sugar and 100 grams protein within 10min of workout.

They're either 20 or 25 cc's. The main point is that they contain 33 g of dextrose per scoop.

wrong......ON's reads 70cc at the bottom of the scoop......pretty sure that's standard........although I have seen them smaller.......

I think you may have your scoop sizes mixed up because protein scoops generally range from 60cc to 90cc (some even 120cc). 60cc = 2oz , 120cc = 4oz

20cc is TINY. That's more along the size of baby formula scoops.
