Yes. I cut my shake down from 100 g pwo while bulking to 66 g pwo while dieting. This is the highest carb intake of the day while dieting. As my diet goes along I start to lower it even more on the days that I train delts and arms since they are not as large as legs, back, chest.
I use Maltodextrin and Dextrose post work out followed by 100g whey while on and while off my cycles. Comes out to be 100g carbs 50grams sugar and 100 grams protein within 10min of workout.
Depends upon time of day.
When on I drop the carbs in half (1 scoop Cell Tech, 55g protein) pw b/c of my workout time (7pm)
When off I do 2 scoops Cell Tech w/ 55g protein pw
