Dextrose Ladies post workout???

What about if you keep your carbs very minimum throughout the day and have dextrose & whey post workout? you still gain fat?
 
Thanks Asu. It's hard for me to keep my carbs low during the day, i get weak. But i was on Swole and it made me sick; i got a cold, my eyes got red and puffy and i felt like i was getting the flu. I also broke out w/ pimples, and i have clear skin. It wasn't worth the aggravation. I was just alergic to it. A shame though. It was really working for me, i had great pumps in the gym and i was able to lift much more. I'll probably just skip the dextrose and just have carbs p/w, i won't have to worry like on supp. The swole was the only supp. i added new btw.

Then best carb source for post workout meal would be oats..
But Im still wondering ladies, if we keep our carbs low and protein, fat high throughout the day and have let say a banana with whey post workout..Is that going to slow the process of losing fat?
