Actually, maltodextrin is only sligtly slower to be processed, but it results in a greater insulin spike. The combination of the two has the best results.

Back to the topic though, how much should you be having pwo. The guy who runs my gym said 50g with ya pwo shake but I always thought it should be 2:1 carb to protein which would make it 70g carb to 35g prot?

50g-70g sounds about right to me 20g is not much of a difference but that stuff just doesnt sit well in my stomache... I prolly dont get the full benifiet but latley ive been mixing reg gatoraide with fruit punch whey protien pwo i think if i remeber right im getting about 70g of sugar.
