Benched today bro... 75 lbs for 20 reps... haven't had this weight on bar in 3 years
ARch was good, ankles under shoulders.... quads are pretty sore.... my training partner thought I was clowning around, and some juiceheads were laughing cause only 10lbs a side on the bar. Anyway this feels very stable.... just quick question for yo u
When my legs were out in front, I used the leg drive by pushing the legs away from me... with this new style do I push down, or toward my head with the ball of the toes
