Destroyed the squat rack today

After injuring my back over the summer I'm back and better then ever. I'm currently playing division 1 baseball and man i feel awesome every time we go in to lift. Right now I'm currently 5 9' 175 pounds and today i put up 350 for my last 2 sets. It feels great to make so much progress after feeling like shit about 2 months ago and not even being able to bend over.Thought I'd tell someone since yall are like me and feel good when you accomplish something in the fitness area because none of my friends give a shit.

Nice work, a good squat workout is really a feeling of accomplishment.

curious.... think you want to kid here....

Ive been training for since 9th grade of high school. I don't understand how you can relate that to me squatting. You just must be jealous because you're stuck with training weights or you're just a salty person.

Oh yea and the test was invalid and I got retested this time not right after a workout. I'll have the results by 3.
 
good job man i know how you feel.........i play d2 football and i tore the shit out of some back muscles in the 3rd week of the season. Much therapy since then and yesterday i deadlifted without pain. I was overwhelmed with joy.
