desperate help needed because 20mg nolva ed 3wks did not help my puffy nips, in fact i thk it got worse.need solution fast.thks
nb: was onli using 250mg sust wk for 8wks and hcg 500iu eod 7x now my gains are gone and now grow tits sad day .......................

sometimes HCG can cause gyno. It also sounds like a poorly planned cycle. You seemed to be only taking enough to supress your natural T production, and now you are suffering the consequences of it. I'd go get some blood work done if I were you to see what your T levels are at. and try a differnt kind of E blocker. Maybe take some clomid

are you off cycle ???, you *could* add anastrozle at say .25 EOD also

make sure the puffiness stays directly in the nipple area...if you notice it spreading out of the nipple area and into the skin in a line starting at the left side of the right nipple or the right side of the left nipple and speading back towards your ribcage in a horizontal line about a quarter inch thick then i would go see a doctor immediatly because you oviously have gynocamstia and if it goes to far it is irreversable because the gland in the nipple has grown to about 15 times its normal size and will feel like a flat bumpy piece of shit, rather than how it should be which is about the size of the top of a pin...about 1/16 of an inch and there is no way to suppress it if it enlarges to the extreme other than surgery....i hope it is just puffiness and keep taking the E blocker and get yourself to a doctor

How do you know for sure if it's gyno? After reading so many gyno threads I feel around behind my nips and it seems like there may be something behind the right one. Whats the best way to "feel" for it? There isn't a noticable lump but I think it still feels a little strange, possibly just paranoia.

Wow. Its most likely caused by your hcg. 250 mg of sust a week will barely replace your natural production and while it COULD cause gyno, it is unlikely, however hcg is well known for it. What type of anti-e did you use with you hcg (you did use one right?)?

40 mg of nolva (why do we still use this brand name instead of just calling it tamoxifen?), with a little winstrol or (as suggested) dht cream would be a good start.

i had "natural" gyno as a teen and never took care of it...the lumps went away, but there is fatty tissue tharethat no matter how lean i get now still looks stupid.......im not gonna opt for surgery, but isnt there a topical that almost freezes them so the stay hard....cause its not noticable when there hard.
is the dihydrotest cream that stuff? if not does anyone knoe the name, and is it a script?

never heard of anyone recommending winny to help fight the gyno.. sounds good though.. have you ever tried this before?

also what type of dht cream have you used?

I would really appreciate feedback on this!!!
