Hey guys, i know it doesnt belong here, but since this is where i spend most of the time here, i value your opinions....

Making a shirt, for next competition. Kill that shit shirt.

This would be on the back...

Im working out what i would put on the front....
Probably something like
Team K.T.S. If you dont puke, you havnt worked out hard enough or something along those lines...

lol, I'm guessing it goes back a lot longer than that (outside EF, anyway). But props for parlaying it into a free shirt.

mm, I must admit that the KTS business never did anything for me, but that's a pretty badass shirt design.
 
I wasn't saying you didn't independently come up with it, just that others have probably done so as well. Some football coach probably told his players to STFU and train/lift/play decades ago.
 
OK guys, cencesored it up a bit because i realized i would be wearing it at the meet, and little kids might see it because it is BIG on the back unlike my other shirt that just says shut the fuck up and lift on the front in little letters.

I also have to do a front too, so i would like to add some good ass phrases or quotes...

Such as

1. If you havnt puked, you never worked out hard enough
2. Live and Die by Iron
3. No such thing as Over Training, Just undereating
4. Got Juice?
5. Born bad & Got worse

Any other ones fellas?
 
love the shirt ideas.

The "streaky" font is cool...but for screen printing may not be possible, probably cheaper to go with a more "solid" font... depending on the printer and their machines of course.

Lifting, it's not just a hobby, it's a lifestyle.

or maybe sub in Iron.. for lifting. Just spewing out an ideer.

I've never been a fan of underlining because in the old printing days if someone underlined something that meant for the printer to make it Italic before printing.

So, if it was me and you wanted to accentuate certain parts more, make them bigger or stretch them out, ect.

another idea:

Why are you trying so hard to blend in when you were born to stand out?!
 
A simple 4x6 or smaller on the left chest or about the size of "Animal" like on the animalpak T's in the center chest:

would be sweet too.

I'm a fan of streamlined, sweet, simple... enough to get the point across, u know... too much to read on a shirt is like "wtf" sometimes lol

STFU and Lift...again, if it was me (lol) I'd put that under the feet of the squatter.

And actually that's all I'd have another with Kill that shit up top.

Yes, I do know what's pleasing to the eye :)

Look up "Golden Section Rectangle" and let me just say I don't need to calculate out those measurements in my own designs to be close to it.

I've created ALOT of designs for: flyers, logos, t-shirts, newsletters, brochures, ect... for print. I have a graphic design A.S. degree.

"Raping" is much to strong a word, IMHO to be used on a shirt, lol

Pushin' weight since...

Pullin' big wheels since...

lol, Bulldozin' is the bomb though, IMO.... ask your boys what they think bro, cuz you guys will be wearing it :)

HELL YEA! i will do that, ill print several out from here and bring it to them and ask them what they would want...

Just checked out a website that i can upload my picture to and they will make it crazyiness! any color too but i like black and white...

only problem is they dont have black shirts, only white tees. so i would have to invert te colors.

Fawk that... i'd find a site that will do a black shirt. Or make some phone calls to local print shops.

The black shirt is key for hardcoredness, lol.

Well it depends... what to you want people to read first.

If "Team KTS"

... I'd make that much bolder and stronger/more prominent looking so your eye goes to that first.

Instead of all caps for "I WILL NOT LOSE" ... try small caps, so it's more secondary to "Team KTS".
 
Wow, it looks even better on a shirt than in the pic. The underlined KTS arching along the traps is good stuff.

Stuff I agree with:
1. Black shirt, white text and not vice versa. If you have to get a background color other than black, red might be a good choice.
2. "STFU" just doesn't have the same impact as "shut the fuck up", and you could always just put duct/masking tape over the "fuck" if somebody at the contest gives you grief about it.

YEAP! i felt that STFU just doesnt do it justice. The duct tape idea is GREAT!

Yea it looks a whole LOT better on a shirt. Especially if you have a big back and KILL THAT SHIT is written like that across it.

Its going to come out preety good im hoping. gonna show the Pic to my guys at the gym see what they say.

the one place that will do it like the pic has a 12pc minimum. Other sites dont have the minimum, but they arent coming out as good as the pic above. But i got tommarow to play with it too.

Another thought: don't make the shirt too busy. If making shirts for comps becomes a tradition, you'll have plenty of opportunities to put various motivational sayings on them. Honestly, I think it would look just as good with only "Team KTS" on the front, and the back pretty much as is.
