2-3 caps on the Tea-3.

I only use 2 caps a day and it does the job just fine. I’m way more focused when dealing with 40+ emails and way less hungry for cheat food.

A bottle of Dermacrine would last 30 days with 4 pumps a day.

I think dermacrine and AIFM have thier spots. I definitly think AIFM is a stronger aromatase inhibitor, but for those who are not on cycle , you want more of a test booster. Dermacrine is more of a test booster.

Having said this , I use both
