when I was in Paris it was on all the signs for the "Rugrats in Paris" movie. So I'm assuming that it is what they call the Rugrats.
I like the way it sounds.
I asked someone what it meant and they said either "carpet monkey" or "carpet mouse" or maybe "carpet rat" then they walked away. I asked my gf and she said it meant nothing and that I should shut up.
