Delt shot and soreness??

I'm not a newbie, but new to delt shots. Just did my first one in the right shoulder (did the left shoulder a week ago).....

I was just wondering if the first time you ever hit a muscle if the soreness is pretty bad? I don't remember, but maybe I had the same thing years back with quads....now I hit quads and they dont really hurt at all.

Used a 25g 5'8" in the shoulder. Thanks

ps - it just feels a little hard and sore, not red, swollen or hot.

What did you inject, dosage and brand? Also, it seems that it would be semi normal for soreness to occur in the area if you are new to site injections in that area.

Oh sorry, it was BD tren 75mg/ml and I did approx .75cc

It's just annoying soreness I think, but to be safe, I'm going to move to the 1" pins next time

Strange as Tren doesn't normally have pain like that. You must just be sore as you said, and yes move the the 1" pin.

I use a one inch 23 guage for the shoulder and have no problems. The only time I get really sore is when I inject really fast.

I never had a problem with delt shots, except for the occasional vain hit when I started but now I even know where the big veins are so I avoid poking around them... I would suggest injecting really s l o w l y, 1ml should take you about 4-5 minutes to inject. And start with low volume injections, I started with 1ml and stayed at it for some months, now I routinelly shoot 1.5 - 1.8 ml. Of course massaging the muscle afterwards can make a huge difference and I do not need to mention the importance of taking all hygienic precautions...

yeah, this is it. I used to go with heat afterwards and went REALLY slowly with my injects, but I've been quicker these days. I'm going back to the old 4-5min per ml injects, never had a problem back then.

Thanks a lot bros!!!!!!!

Crap so this is why I've been so freaking soar all the time. I never inject at 4min/ml rate. I always shoot it 1 ml in about 30 seconds to a minute. I thought that was slow enough. Thanks for this info dude
