What about something more high intensity. Running stairs or 8-13 mile run. That kind of stuff. Tren would have me huffing and puffing a little in the first mile or two and then it seemed to be good. Plus increased aggression made it better.
But Deka doesn't seem to exert those effects right? It may be in my winter cycle and my wife has signed us up to run the Las Vegas half marathon. So I can't be sucking wind 6 miles into this thing.
