Deconditioning?

Didn't know where to post, so I'll try here too.....

I am starting my first cycle since HRT next Monday (4 years)....I know it's not a good idea, but at age 30 Ii want to compete in 2 years.....I'm t6'2, 170 now....prob. 10%%

My question is this, I am def. taking the weekend off instead of the tnrie week (would go nuts), should I almost decondtion, relax my joints, etc for the pounding no holds barred next week? Meaning instead of heacy 6-8 range (today for deads is usually 5 of 5) should I move everything to thr 10-12-15 range.........would this help? Make sense? Still build mass>? I always incorpate that range in all my training days, but this is for evey exercise
 
at 30 you should be doing set of 10 or 12 all the time. lower reps tear your joints aprt, and the size/strength u gain from the low reps is fake. you get 3 sets of ten consistantly and you are getting strong. for ex: last nght i did 3 x 10 reps with 315 on bench. now it is time to move up. i could have tripled 350 0r 365 but why risk it. i should tell u that a year ago i could barely get 225 for 10, cuz my joints hurt so bad and muscles felt flat. i am finishing HRT consisting of 2 hgh kits and some gear.
 
yeah there is no guideline to mass or cutting. i gained 30 with 150mg of deca every 10 days, all sets of 10. 6-8 reps is fake mass, 10-12 is quality, stuff you keep. look at all the big dudes, pros, etc do liter weights, high reps.

i am 6'2" 260 10 % bf on all sets of 10 thruout my work out......no diet
 
try eating more calories then your body needs to maintain.
stop making threads, just fucking eat already.
 
fake mass at any rep reange. wow. i guess all of this mass i have is fake, because i go down as far as doubles or triples on major compund movements.
 
saying 10-12 is the only ay and 6-8 are NOT what the pros use is absurd bro.........10-12 is endurance!

haha you guys dont look that good. 10-12 is not endurance. low reps will gt you hurt

any questions?

do 10 12 reps if you want to gain quality size.
