Deconditioning?

mass is already there bro, just need to condition it. 1min sets is the next phase for legs. jeez post a pic god. oh and mad dips u are like a buck 75. that was me in 9th grade for gods sake.
 
I have always had probs with my legs, too big too fast. led to alot of pulls in college playing ball. IE on my 1st day of squats i get cramps/pins and needles after 1 set with 135........sucks
 
when moving threads from the AAS forum please wipe throughly to ensure you don't leave behind any little nuggets (not of wisdom) attatched.

I'm impressed that someone found a way to make a jkurz thread even worse.

hey don't go making assumptions, I was on a long layoff. and my gains are going up just fine after starting back up. don't worry, I'll catch up to you in no time, without your "high reps" BS
