At over 7'6" he could be.

I sometimes wish that some of the mass that prevents my belt moving in a notch or two were fake.

jeez like the quote read above, the BF's of the pro are way lower than 10% guys sorry to say. I mean i was competing at 5.3% playing football. with no diet.......going to class, etc. u guys don't know dick and it shows.

but fake mass, would be mass that you can't maintain w/out following a %/peak routine. a week at high reps and the mass is gone....comprende'

dont worry i will post all the after pics and diet/routine soon. you should follow and learn. 260 with abs, gotta love it!!!
 
BTW, jochensa, you're wrong. Maybe you've found it to be so for yourself and are just generalizing to others. That's typically wrong, too.
 
wrong about what the fact u will deflat after a week of higher reps. i just know i gain quality weight on my routine. and eveyone that is small does the old skool 5x5 routine to gain weight.
