I think my old routine looked like this

monday-chest
flat bb 3*5 and 3*3
incline db 3*5
low rack lock outs- 3*1

Tues- back
lat pull down-3*8
dead lift-5*5
T-bar- 3*5

wed off

thurs- legs
Squat- 5*5
front squat- 5*5
Calves 5*25

fri- shoulders
db shoulder press-6*5
bent over laterals-2*20
up right rows-2*8
shurugs- 4*8

sat-arms
close grip- 5*5
skull crushers-3*6
high rack lock outs-3*1

db preachers-3*8
ez bar curl- 3*5
reverse curls-3*15

Good choice, welcome back!

Though you have mostly power lifting moves there, you have a BB split outlined and i completely disagree with what you want to do. I wouldnt go more than 4 days, i prefer 3, for a powerlifter. Too much volume and intensity to go 5 days, less is more bro you need time to recover. Drop the saturday arm workout and do that shit when you train back and chest, arms are way overrated (other than strengthening the tris for bench and conditioning bis for heavy deadlifts so you dont tear one). If i were you id research westside training methods and go from there, that is true powerlifting.
