I don't really think that's what is being talked about on this thread. But, as far as bicep site injections go you can go to spotinjections.com and they have pictures for all spots. I also would not suggest injecting into your biceps unless you are either extremely advanced or your bis are lagging. There are many many vains running through the biceps, and the answer to your track marks question.... you don't get track marks unless you are injecting into your vein!
