deca / sust / t.phen / d-bol cycle?

Hi I'm new to the board, looking for help with bulking

deca/sust/phenyl/d-bol cycle?
I need some help with a bulking cycle. This is my third cycle. I've done two small cycles 1st with eq/test 2nd Test 250/d-bol. I now only weigh 160 maybe a little more(6'0) I'm 25.
Here is what i have

300 d-bol
Clomid

I may get some more deca amd sust

TOO MUCH GEAR! lol!

You are 160lb, your cycle contains 1500mg+ of steroids during some weeks. Does not compute unless you are under 5%.

Write out an 8 week exercise and diet program and see if you can stick to it. If you make it 8 weeks without falling off the wagon, you may be ready to do some gear, about 1/3 the amount that you proposed. Try e-mailing a mod or a vet who can set you on the right path.
 
I have been working out seens i was 17. After first cycle my weight was 175 then i fucked up my shoulder and eneded up losing 20 lb. second cycle was about five months after injury. Now i only weigh 164 lbs. I basicly have no fat. I work out five times a week. I eat healthy but probably not enough all the time. My bf is low 4-6%. I have been told by others that this is enough gear but to get a few more amps of deca and sust for the begining.
Is it that off I would like to hear what everyone has to say.
 
Hey bro.....all you need to do is eat your ass off.....put on some weight naturally. Then maybe you'll be ready for some AS. Being as skinny as you are, you'll have to eat loads of food every 2-3 hours. Don't worry about what you eat as long as your protein intake is high. I also reccomend N-Large 2 by Prolab. Take it after you workout to encourage new muscle growth. Plus the extra calories will help you add weight and muscle. But I'm sure you are determined to take AS...so go ahead and do it but if you combine it with what I mentioned above, you will see great results. Also...don't forget to bust your ass in the gym bro.
 
why dont you keep things simple?

8 week cycle
test 500-700mg/week
deca 400mg/week

at your weight that will be all you need
