Deca only cycle?

This is what I have to work with is ONLY deca. Im 6 190lbs been working out 4 years and this would be my first cycle, I have clomid already and was wondering the dosage for the deca for 8-10 weeks
Is 200mg a week ok? thanks seitz

300-400mg/week for 10 weeks would be a good dose. I would really try and get some Test to go along with the deca, it will help keep your sex drive up as well. Start Clomid 3 weeks after your last shot of Deca.

400 mg of Deca is the way to go, but like mustang said your sex drive could be shot (deca dick). You might want to add a little test in for this reason.

I assume you posted this because you were aware, or vaguely aware of some of the possible consequences of a Deca only cycle. Even though Deca Dick and progesterone induced gyno do not happen to everyone doing this cycle, it happens enough for you to be concerned. Remember, you wont have ANY defense against either, other than luck.

Personally, if I ONLY had Deca to work with, I just would find a better source (not too hard), or save up so I could do a proper cycle with Test, anti-e's and a progesterone blocker (Winny or RU486) so I could concentrate on gains without worrying about sides and wouldn't have to kick myself later because I was impatient, reckless, cheap or whatever.

My first cycle was a deca only cycle. Only did 200/week for 10 weeks. Gained very very very very little, but got no sides. From my experience I would not recommend this cycle. My next cycle was a test only cycle. Did 200/ week for 8 weeks (2 weeks I doubled, b/c had extra). Got very decent results from this.
Final answer: many think deca is a good choice for first cycle. I would either up the dose or take some test with it if you want good results

After more reading on the subject of deca only I guess I'll wait tell I have everthing and not jump into it just because I have deca and clomid. Ok if I were to use 300mg of deca then how much test should be used? Rember this is a first cycle for my body.

Most say use a 2:1
test:deca ratio to avoid deca-dick,
but youll be fine with 400 test cyp. or 500 sust. Good Luck

Yeah, run your deca at 300-400 mgs to see solid gains. Stack it with winny
if you're afraid of progesteronic gyno. Deca and winny work synergystically,
meaning they amplify the effect of one another. All you'll need is 50mgs of
winny eod (if injecting), or 25 mgs ed (if oral).

Deca and winstrol with give you hard, solid gains that stay on, permanently.

if you do deca alone your gonna regret it. you may have clomid but you wont be able to get hard for a while.

i did a deca only cycle and after 2½ weeks i was not able to spunk at all now 3 weeks after my last shoot my dick is having a hard time staying hard not funny but i can shoot a load now ill say never go deca only

remember and keep the protein intake high with the deca also, recommended doese for deca is 2mg per 1lb of bodey weight, so at 190lbs you will need 380mg deca per week, just round it to 400mg mate..
