deca for my first cycle? trying to get to 200lbs

Ok bro, about 80% of the advice on these boards is from people that mean well, but have no fuggin clue. They cruise and read the boards for a while then think they're experts.
Deca is a good first cycle choice, but I would recommend adding test. Not 100% necessary, but a very good idea.
If you have the $$ adding proviron to that is a good idea to keep estrogen down.
200mg of deca and 300mg of test a week is just fine for a first cycle. Don't forget the PCT for sure. If you don't have any proviron have some other AI on hand JUST IN CASE. You probably won't need it, but it's cheap insurance.
You honestly could get very good results on just 300mg of test a week and no deca at all. You'd honestly be surprised.
