Deca for joint pain

I just started a aratest/eq cycle (400/week each) in the hopes that I may get some back pain relief out of the eq....nope. I have had great success in the past with deca and am going to add some in for the last 8 weeks of my cycle.

For those who have/had fairly serious joint pain, what is the minimal amount you have taken and experienced quality relief?

I have taken 400 with great results, and have read a few guys have taken as little as 200/week for therapeutic reasons.
