i'm fairly new to the gear scene and i need a little advice
unlike most people i'm not getting ready for this summer i'm lookinf forward to next
i'm 24 5'10" 192 dont know my bf% but its up there a little
i'm looking to cut up and get stronger before i start my 12 wks of sus 250 in october
i do an hour of cardio evey morning and lift 4 out of every 5 days
i stick to a healthy diet
what do u guys think about
50 mg winny wk 1 to 10
deca1 cc every 3 days wk 3 to10
