deca 450mgs/winny 400 mgs. for 12 weeks

i will be taking injectable winny and deca. stats: 6'2",225,11%bf.
diet will be around 4000kcal a day,all clean foods. besides "deca dick", which i havn't experienced from deca before, what could i expect from a stack like this.

after 12 wks on winny there's a good chance your joints will feel like those of an 80 yr old.

I think that sounds like a decent cutting stack/diet unless you tend to gain a great deal of water weight from deca. However the winstrol should help with this.

I am running eq/winstrol and have dropped 19 lbs in 3 weeks, while gaining stregth and 1/4" on my arms on 4000 calories a day.
