Alright quick question how you guys deal with PIP.... Been using this batch of gear now for 11 weeks now.... Usually the 2cc volume inject into the quad.... But this time, I shot before bed... was a little tender the next day, nothing I couldnt deal with. But at work elevator was broken, had to walk up and down stairs all day... I didnt care, but the next day, HOLY EFFF... feels like someone took a baseball bat to my leg... Never had this happen this bad before. Im walking around like I got raped by a black man. No redness or signs of infection.... Just the muscle is stiff, and almost feels knotted... The pain has been there for about a week now. Gets better, but as soon as I do something heavy on the leg, it goes stiff again.
What can I take to help with this? Been putting the heating pad on in at night. Loosens it up, but thats temporary...
