When do you do them? I do them on leg day am I alone in this?

yes, conv deads when you bend at the knee bring the bar up using your back.

I wasn't born with a 28" wasteline, so I need all the v-taper I can get.
I do not feel deads are necesary for bodybuilding.

is it possible to get the same effects from hypers or reverse hypers? i'd imagine they'd be hitting the erector spinae the same. i have these small pipes along my back now, deads are great![]()

Conventional Deads: back, baby. entire back. i also feel these in my legs a bit but omg the pump in the lower and mid back is phenomenal
