Ok i was joking about the deadlifts sucking first time i did them in 2 years was monday and man is it a workout. Today i tryed doing them and i couldent hold on to the bar very well and it slipped a bit and it felt like i was holding on to a cheese grater with 200 lbs. attached to it. My hands are very callased already but it still made my hands bleed some and hurt very bad so it pretty much ruined my whole workout today i couldent do anything after that. I was wonderin how long it takes to get used to them and anything anyone can suggest for the time being?
