Deadlift??

Hey I fucking hate deadlifts , do you really need them in your regime ...? Or will pull downs shrugs and rows suffice ..? Looking for vet advice thanks
 
Only if you want to be good at them. Otherwise swap em out for the other stuff

Deadlifts activate legs, lower back and vitually all your stabilizers so l cant see why you wouldnt want them. The idea is to learn to embrace the stuff you hate

Depends on your goals, too. I'm bulking right now so rack deads are a part of my back day.

There's always gonna be that one bodypart or one move that you jusssssssssssst hate...for me it's a lot of ab exercises. But I do 'em cuz the boss tells me to. Just gotta grin & bear it sometimes.

I have. Just not my scene. I saw a guy boasting a 600 lb DL and then see him pull it, sumo style off of 2 100 pound plates stacked on top of one another. They remind me of the 1990s Cybergenics type hype...
