Deadlift Program

I asked this in the PL forum but it seems to be really slow over there, hope I can get a few replies in here!

This is my first time doing a strength program for the deadlift.

I was thinking about using this 6 week russian routine that can be used for the squat and bench.

I've been training like a bb for almost 4 years and am natural, is this routine too much for me? What else would I do on training days after deadlifts?

Back work, abs, sets and reps?

Thanks!

I really wouldnt recommend doing deads 3x per week..there are 2 schools of thought when training the DL..Those that dont even pull and those that work the lift directly.. There are a lot of assistance exercises that can be done..squats are a major assist to your dl so i hope your doing squats for your legs..others speed deads, BB rows, Goodmornings, sldl, rack deads, power shrugs, wide grip pulldown, pull-ups..also 5x5 is a great method for strength and size..
deads 5x5
pull-ups 2x8-10
BB rows 2x 8-10
heres a link for an advanced DL program which may be kind of tough for you...
