Deactivated hushmail question

Lets just say for example that someone's account has been deactivated because they haven't checked it in 3 weeks. With the new info coming out about LE having access to hushmail, what if the deactivated account in question had any info in it pertaining to illegal activities and possibly the address of the account's owner. Should the owner be worried?

Quick answer about emails and all electronic communications most all countries must retain all communications through their server for at least 6 months. Japan is one of the few countries that does not do this, check out Anonymousspeech.com it worth the money if you like true privacy. Just keep in mind that there is no electronic communication that is 100% secure just some better then others.

Peace .
