Well i felt good today. I didnt really have any carbs but some oatmeal an hour before the workout. im trying to drop weight to make the middles for Bfolds contest. however, my back and shoulders were tight today.
Speed Bench - 135 x 10 x 3.
Speed ohp (strict and standing) - 135 x 3, 155 x 3, 160 x 3, 165 x 3, 170 x 1, 175 x 1.
Close Grip Bench(with pause) - 225 x 2 x 3.
Behind the Neck Standing Tate Presses - 30 x 3 x 10.
Plate Raises - 45 x 3 x 10.
1 thick bar farmer duckwalk holds......... 285 with no chalk for 2 sets. first for 45 seconds, second for 25 seconds. my grip is getting stronger, it has too, if i dont make the weight, then i will have to hold 300 lbs each hand for time in the hercules hold.
