09/13 Week 3 Day 4 DE Lower

Box Squats: 135 + light bands choked downx6x2
Set 1, 2, 5, and 6
Still trying to work on not dropping that last couple of inches. Some reps are better than others.
Speed Deads: 245 + reverse light bandsx4x3 (2 sets sumo, 2 sets conventional)
Set 1 and 4
I kind of do that stupid jerk on the first rep of the fourth set. I've noticed that when I pull conventional, I pull a lot faster.
Hypers: 3x8 with 65lb BB
Overhead Squats: 65x4x10 (These kill my hips)
Lying leg raises (Cheese-style): 3x15
Hammer Curls: 30'sx15, 30'sx10, 30'sx10
Had a lot of fun in the gym again. One more week of band work and then we're back to free weights.
