Well...trying some ideas from Hannibal right now and they are coming in handy with finals being this week:). I also decided to cut back on my volume (pull throughs and reverse hypers/GHR's) today because we are doing events on Saturday!!!

Box Squats
157 +heavy, medium, light bands all choked tight x 2 x 8 sets
30-45 sec rest between sets

Speed Pulls
320 snatch grip
320 sumo
370 snatch grip
370 sumo
420 snatch grip
420 sumo
Snatch grip is pointer finger on power ring, both hands palms down grip. I did all 6 sets for easy singles.

Pull throughs
medium band x 20 x 3 sets (sumo, medium, closer stances)

Standing Calf raises (no block)
135 x 5 reps, turn on balls of feet 180 degrees, 5 reps, turn again, 5 jumping reps
2 sets

Standing Calf raises (on a step)
5 right, 5 left, 10 both x 2 sets

Side abs

I have some clips of the box squats that I haven't converted yet. Talk about fast...lol.

Here is the snatch grip deads. They really feel good for my upper back where I think that I may really need to increase my strength. My pointer finger is on the power ring which makes gripping it pretty hard also. It also gives you a slightly rounded back...slightly.

Took some pics of Cheese training calves. The ONE pic he took of me doing calves...he forgot to take the lens cap off...lol

Here he is doing the standing calf raises, turning on our toes a 1/2 turn, doing more raises, turning again and then doing jumping calf raises.

I can really notice that my calves have grown and so have Cheese's. I know that we may not be what most of you dream and hope to look like someday, but I hope that you can look at us and realize that you can grow with very simple equipment and lots of creativity. Cheese's calves have grown in leaps and bounds over the past several months...

BFold you need to bend your legs more for the snatch grip deadlift, then your back won't round as much

Really hammers the posterior chain when done like this

I really don't mind the round back as much to be honest...lol. It helps with my events. I am trying to take a fairly narrow stance and when I push my stomach out and expand it...I can only get down so low...hahaha... I love my belly.

I will keep it in mind though.
