Well...trying some ideas from Hannibal right now and they are coming in handy with finals being this week
. I also decided to cut back on my volume (pull throughs and reverse hypers/GHR's) today because we are doing events on Saturday!!!
Box Squats
157 +heavy, medium, light bands all choked tight x 2 x 8 sets
30-45 sec rest between sets
Speed Pulls
320 snatch grip
320 sumo
370 snatch grip
370 sumo
420 snatch grip
420 sumo
Snatch grip is pointer finger on power ring, both hands palms down grip. I did all 6 sets for easy singles.
Pull throughs
medium band x 20 x 3 sets (sumo, medium, closer stances)
Standing Calf raises (no block)
135 x 5 reps, turn on balls of feet 180 degrees, 5 reps, turn again, 5 jumping reps
2 sets
Standing Calf raises (on a step)
5 right, 5 left, 10 both x 2 sets
Side abs
